单片机在车刀角度测量中的应用研究

摘要

Using Ordinary angle measuring tool,there are artiifcial reading error,low measurement precision.Using the angle sensor measurement tool angle,a single chip as the control core,to the digital display measurement results and associated measuring tip,can eliminate the human factor interference effectively,and more convenient operation,not only to improve the accuracy of measurement,improves the measurement efifciency,in the control experiment and cutter grinding quality control with high signiifcance.%普通车刀角度测量台测量刀具角度时，存在人为读数误差，测量精度低。利用角度传感器测量刀具角度，以单片机为控制核心，用显示屏来数字显示测量结果和相关测量提示，可有效的杜绝人为因素干扰，并且更便于操作，不但提高了测量精度，更提高了测量效率，在控制刀具测量实验及刃磨质量控制方面具有较高的意义。
