随着信息技术的高速发展，通信、网络以及计算机技术应用到了生活的方方面面，机房已经成为各大单位及部门的重要组成部分，甚至是中枢机构，因此机房的安全也变得日趋重要。通信及计算机机房安全涉及多种环境设备(供配电、UPS、温度、湿度、空调、门禁等)，由于缺少高效统一的监测预警系统，机房的安全监控是迫在眉睫的问题。该文运用现代软件工程的思想，结合机房实际的硬件环境要求，在总结多个监测系统开发经验的基础上，趋利避害，设计并实现了本系统机房环境监控报警平台。%With the rapid development of information technology,communication,network and computer tec-hnology have applied to al aspects of life,the computer room has become an important part of the major u-nits and departments,and even as the central body,so the security of computer room has become increasi-ngly important.Computer room safety involves a variety of environmental devices (for power distribution,UPS, temperature,humidity,air-conditioning,access control,etc.),due to the lack of a unified platform for monitori-ng and alarming,it is difficult to monitor the room safety.In this paper,we use the idea of modern software e-ngineering combine with the actual hardware environment room,based on the summary of a popularity of monitoring systems and the developing experiences and avoid the problems of the existing system,deigned and implemented environment monitoring alarm system in the computer room.
