基于PXI总线的舵机控制器测试系统设计

     

摘要

The reliability of an modified missile actuator control er is increased by its electric circuit from analog to a digital.But the increase of the test index also gives higher requirements for the equipment de-velopment.The test system based on PXI-bus is devised to satisfy a lot of index parameters testing of it. Hardware integration and software process of the system are introduced in this paper,the function and stru-cture of the system are clearly il uminated as wel .The system has been in operation and performed wel in the production field,ful y sufficing the expected goal.%某改进型导弹舵机控制器由模拟电路改为数字电路后,其可靠性得到增长,但增加的测试指标也给设备研制提出了更高的要求。为实现对其各项性能进行全面测试,设计了一种基于PXI总线的舵机控制器测试系统。该文介绍了该系统的硬件结构和软件流程,详细描述了系统部分硬件单元的功能并给出了结构组成框图。现该系统已经在生产现场运行,测试效果良好,达到了预期目标。
