基于DSP的贴片机运动控制设计

摘要

介绍了一种利用DSP微处理器对贴片机进行运动控制的系统。充分利用了控制器外设接口丰富及运算速度快的特点,上位机通过总线向下位机发送命令,以电子尺、球形花键为位置和速度传感器。并采取了速度前馈的算法,对运用进行了仿真,结果表明具有较好的静、动态特性。%Introduce a motion control system of pick-and-place machine with DSP micro-computer.Make good use of Plentiful peripheral interface and fast arithmetic speed of controller,upper computer sends order to lower computer through bus,take electronic digital caliper and spherical spline as position sensor and speed senor.Use algorithm based on speed feedforward,make simulation for application,the results show that the system is of good static and dynamic properties.
