基于设计图纸进行线扎图工艺设计的研究

摘要

Traditional process design of Wiring-drawing of electronics assembly are made by using AUTOCAD software after making a sample, but there are many problems, introduce a new drawing method of making wiring-drawing with AUTOCAD 2004 and UG NX 7.0 software, based on the complexity of the product structure. Achieve fast design and accurate Wiring-drawing based on the design drawings in the primary design, shorten the production cycle of the products.%线扎图的传统工艺设计，一般都是采用先做样机再用AUTOCAD软件绘制，相对滞后。介绍了利用AUTOCAD2004结合UGNX7．0软件，根据产品结构的复杂程度进行相应的线扎图设计方法，实现了在产品设计初期基于设计图纸进行快速准确的线扎图工艺设计，缩短产品生产周期。
