雷达伺服单元输出电缆防水工艺

         

摘要

Leakage phenomenon at adhesive-bonded joint of Radar Servo Unit Output Cable via was found in two batches of products. After the analysis, the design meets the requirements of the product in function, technology and economic index, the structure and the material is qualified. The leakage reason is that the adhesive-bonded joint was cracked under alternating stress, the adhesive was not up to the requirements. And finally the process measures for solving the leakage phenomenon is developed based on experiments.%在两批次产品中,发现伺服单元输出电缆过孔的胶粘接接头处有漏水现象。经过分析,设计满足产品在功能、技术指标及经济指标等方面的要求,所选结构型式和材质数据是合格的。漏水原因之所以发生,是由于接头处受交变应力作用,所选胶料(专用胶)达不到指标要求开裂所致。经过反复试验并制定解决方案,最终利用工艺措施解决了伺服单元输出电缆胶粘接接头漏水故障。
