Waveguide cross-section must be deformed to a certain degree in the molding process. Cross-section deformation will have some impact on the transmission of electromagnetic waves. Based on theoretical simulation and the actual contrast of the impact of electrical properties such as standing wave, phase of insertion loss in waveguide cross-section deformation under normal conditions of two kinds of different frequencies, concluded the sensitivity differences of the electrical properties under different frequency on cross-section deformation, and propose the deformation control-points of passive components in the actual processing.%波导馈线在弯曲成型过程中必然存在一定程度的截面变形。截面变形对电磁波的传输性能会产生某种程度的影响。通过对2种不同频段的波导管在常规成型工艺条件下导致的截面变形对驻波和相位等电性能的影响进行理论仿真及实测对比,得出不同频段情况下电性能对波导截面变形的敏感程度差异,并以波导管为代表提出无源器件在实际加工过程中对变形控制的要点。
