双组份密封胶配制技术研究

摘要

The rectangular connector cable in most radar products are using two-component Sealant to seal, but there are many problems including the more steps, complex process, low yield, difficult repair or rework, long cycle and so on, which have directly impact on the quality and assembly cycle of the product. The traditional sealing technology has already can't meet the current demand for product assembly. So some improvement have been done, and finally found the optimal combination of parameters for mixing sealant, improved the product yield.%雷达产品中电缆矩形连接器大部分采用双组份胶进行密封，操作步骤多，过程复杂，平均合格率不高，其返修难度大，周期长，直接影响着整部产品的质量和装配周期，沿用传统的配制及灌封技术已经不能满足现有的产品装配需求。通过开展有针对性的改进活动，试验寻找到搅拌胶液的最优参数组合，适用于今后其他多组份胶的配制过程，具有积极的推广意义。
