电连接器坑压式压接工艺技术仿真研究

             

摘要

针对电子设备压接端接式电连接器的连接技术,简述了坑压式压接工艺技术。为解决不同压接匹配类型的压接钳档位选取问题,建立了某匹配类型的压接过程有限元模型,通过数值模拟获得不同档位的仿真结果。之后通过对比分析仿真结果和金相剖切试验数据,验证了仿真模型的准确性。同时对比各档位的压接截面残存率,得出推荐档位与美军标吻合。研究结果为之后压接工艺技术的研究和应用提供一定的参考依据。%With the connector technology of the crimping terminal connector in electronic equipment, the pressure soldering process technology with the hole pressure type is introduced. In order to solve the tap position selection problem of press pliers with different pressure matching types, the finite element model of one pressure matching is built. The simulation results of the different tap positions are obtained through the numerical simulation. Then after comparative analysis between simulation results and metallographic test data, the accuracy of the simulation model is verified. Meanwhile it is concluded that the recommended tap position is in accordance with MIL-STD through the survival rates comparison of the pressure cross section with different tap positions. The research provides reference basis for the research and application of pressure soldering process technology in future.
