某大口径反射面天线的制造工艺

摘要

Introduce the structure form of a large-diameter reflector antenna, and discusse its manufacturing process and accuracy detection. According to the characteristics of space truss reflector antenna, expound the welding manufacturing method of single block antenna frame based on the antenna assembly process from three aspects of frame assembly, rib rivet welding and antenna mesh welding. Using the test method of electronic theodolite measuring system by setting the reserved process testing point, the riveting precision of the reflector antenna rib and the accuracy of the antenna is realized.%介绍了某大口径反射面天线的结构形式，论述了反射面天线的制造工艺和精度检测。针对空间桁架结构反射面天线特点，阐述了单块天线骨架的焊接制造方法，并重点从骨架总成、筋条铆焊和反射网装焊三方面介绍了天线的总装工艺。通过设置预留工艺检测点，采用双电子经纬仪测量系统检测方法，实现了反射面天线筋条框架的铆接精度及天线精度的检测。
