宇航服电脐带电缆耐力学工艺设计

         

摘要

The umbilical cable is a important part of spacesuit, and it is the link of the spacesuit and the spacecrafts, to realize the power supply and communication. In addition to the electrical property, umbilical cable must also be the load-carrying part when the astronaut goes out from the spacecrafts. The manufacture process of the umbilical cable is very complicate. The mechanical structure process was described, including the design of the steel cable, the stress relief process of cable winding. The smallest strength 1000 N of the steel cable was achieved by applying this process, and ensured the reliability of the cable.%电脐带电缆是宇航员出舱时的关键部件,是用于连接舱外宇航服和舱载设备的电缆,以实现舱载供电、遥测与通信.电脐带电缆除了要实现电性能外,同时还要作为宇航员出舱活动时的承力系统,电缆的制造工艺非常复杂.对电脐带电缆的耐力学工艺进行了描述,包括承力钢缆结构设计、电缆加强芯缠绕应力消除工艺设计等两项关键技术.采用该技术制作的脐带电缆承力钢缆的最小耐拉力不小于1000 N,满足技术要求,保证了电缆的可靠性.
