基于UV膜的柔性微带电路丝网印刷工艺研究

             

摘要

在微波毫米波电路中使用5880覆铜板材质的柔性微带电路,微组装装配时手工涂覆导电胶操作困难,质量一致性和稳定性差.通过对导电胶涂覆困难原因进行分析,找出了问题所在.重点介绍一种基于UV膜的柔性微带片手动丝网印刷技术,通过试验验证该技术可以均匀地在覆铜板表面涂覆导电胶,提高了微组装装配效率和质量.%Flexible microstrip circuit with 5880 copper clad material is used in microwave and millimeter wave circuit. The manual coating of conductive adhesive is difficult, poor quality consistency and stability during micro-assembling. Found the problem reason based on the analysis of conductive adhesive coating process. Introduce a screen printing technology of flexible microstrip circuit based on UV film. It is proved that the technology can coat conductive adhesive on the surface of flexible ficrostrip circuit with 5880 copper clad material, and improve the efficiency and quality of micro-assembling.
