大中型铝铸件超声水基清洗工艺研究

摘要

In order to improve surface cleanliness of large and medium-sized aluminum castings before coating,aqueous ultrasonic cleaning production line was designed.The main technological parameters,such as aqueous cleaning agents,ultrasonic frequency,water temperature and cleaning time,were studied.And the optimal technology parameters were gotten to obtaining clean surface of aluminum castings.The engineering application researches proved that the aqueous ultrasonic cleaning production line was compatibly with technological process and parameters,which can completely satisfy the cleaning quality of large and medium-sized aluminum castings before coating.%为了提高大中型铝铸件涂覆前表面清洁度,研发设计了与其相匹配的超声水基清洗生产线.在研究水基清洗剂、超声频率、水温、清洗时间等主要因素对铝铸件表面清洁度影响的基础上,通过清洗前后铸件表面清洁度对比分析,获得了超声水基清洗最佳工艺参数.经实际工程化应用验证后,证明该超声水基清洗生产线及与之配套工艺流程和参数设计合适,清洗质量完全满足大中型铝铸件涂覆前清洗要求.
