According to the structure characteristics about an electronic product, using QC method, determine insulating method and coating solution type and painting parameters by devising experiment projects and a great deal experimental verifications. Chosen a suit of process method and process flow which adapt to partial anodic oxidation of the electronic product?solve process technical problems about the aluminous product with complicated structure. This design can satisfy the requirement of partial conduction and partial anodic oxidation on the surface of the product.%针对某电子产品的结构特点,通过设计实验方案和大量工艺试验验证,确定了局部氧化工艺绝缘方法、涂覆液类型和可剥漆涂覆参数.筛选出一套适合该电子产品局部氧化的工艺方法和工艺流程,解决了结构复杂铝件局部氧化工艺难题,满足了该电子产品局部导电和局部氧化的使用要求.
