LVDS（低压差分信号）测试技术研究

摘要

LVDS is a high speed serial bus standard.It is usually used for video signal transmit.As wide application of LVDS device,the test technology is facing many challenges.The characteristic of LVDS was introduced in this paper.Then we show the design technique of LVDS signal integrality.The jitter,eye diagram,BER was discussed in this paper.This paper also introduced how to combine auto test system（UltraFLEX） with universal test instruments.We test all the parameters of LVDS by extend the test system.%LVDS信号是一种高速串行总线标准,主要应用在视频信号传输等领域。LVDS器件应用越来越广泛,其测试技术面临越多挑战。文章首先介绍了LVDS信号的特点,从信号完整性方面介绍了LVDS在设计时需要注意的问题,并讨论了LVDS器件测试中涉及到的抖动、眼图、误码率等主要问题。同时介绍了如何将大规模自动测试系统（UltraFLEX）与传统仪器相结合,通过测试系统扩展的测试方案,实现LVDS全参数测试。
