一种用于电源芯片的双极型LDO电路设计

         

摘要

The thesis analyzes the operation theory of the linear regulator. The architecture is designed. At the same time, the design specification is made. The stability of the system is discussed by analyzing small signal model. And according to the theory of stability,the compensatory method of capacitance feedback is used to ensure the system operate steadily. Finally, all the modules and the whole system have been simulated by the tools of Spectre under the environment of Cadence. Experimental results show that the output voltage of the system designed is about 9 V and 6 V at normal condition.%论文主要介绍一种用于DC/DC电源芯片内部LDO电路,电路采用双极工艺设计,主要为芯片内部提供稳定电压,同时也可以向外部输出。首先论述了线性稳压电源的基本原理,以此为基础对系统设计进行整体考虑,构建了系统整体架构,并制定了电路的设计指标。然后,利用小信号分析的方法对系统稳定性进行了分析讨论,根据系统稳定性原理,采用电容反馈补偿措施以确保系统稳定可靠。最后,借助Cadence Spectre仿真软件完成仿真验证。实验结果表明,该系统在正常工作时,能得到9 V和6 V两种稳定的输出电压。
