并行LED驱动电路的多SITE测试方法

摘要

The multi-site test of parallel LED driving IC request more system resources and high speed, This paper introduces the basic working theory of parallel LED driving IC and the test method with Multi-Site in process of chip prober, including working schedule drawing and common test parameter. The shortcoming of common method is test precision and over long test time.This paper introduces a high precision method just for reducing test time. Otherwise,The method of the regard point in working process is brief showed in the paper.%　　并行LED驱动电路的多SITE测试对系统资源和测试速度有较高要求，文章介绍了并行LED驱动电路的工作方式、常见测试参数以及常见参数的测试方法。探讨了在中测阶段进行多SITE测试的方法，对该类电路多SITE测试中的一些难点进行了分析，并提出了一种新的测试方案。该测试方案通过资源复用的方式，采用最新的切换技术，可以有效提高测试准确性，并提高测试效率，降低测试成本。最后介绍了多SITE测试的一些其他要点以及最终的测试结果。
