粒子滤波算法在远程打击系统中的应用

             

摘要

It is very important to improve the precision strike capability of long-range strike system in order to meet the needs of modern warfare. By combining particle filtering with the EM algorithm and other algorithms, the optimal estimation value was extracted from the given data, which had important practical and theoretical significance for improving the precision, rapidity and real-time performance of long-range strike system. The principle and simulation applications of particle filtering algorithm were presented. Then, the application of particle filtering in target state estimation, signal detection, target recognition and tracking, data fusion and navigation, and system reliability estimation were analyzed. The conclusion shows that the expanded algorithm based on particle filter can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of parameter estimation for the long-range strike system.%为了适应现代战争的需要,提高远程打击系统的精确打击能力至关重要.将粒子滤波与EM算法等其他算法相结合,从给定的数据中,提取状态信息的最优估计值,对于提高远程打击系统的精确性、快速性和实时性有非常重要的现实意义和理论意义.首先给出了粒子滤波算法的原理和仿真应用,然后分析了粒子滤波在目标状态信息的估计、信号检测、目标识别跟踪、数据融合与导航及系统可靠性估计等方面的应用,最终结论显示:基于粒子滤波的扩展算法能有效提高远程打击系统状态参数的估计精度和效率.
