高斯光束微圆孔衍射的“再现”与“自再现”研究

     

摘要

由基尔霍夫衍射公式得到高斯光束微圆孔衍射的积分式,导出一种解析算式,分析并模拟了高斯光束微圆孔衍射的“再现”与“自再现”,有利于在激光工程、微光学以及微光机电中对激光束的传输变换和调控.%The integral for micro-circular aperture diffraction of Gaussian beam was obtained from Kirchhoff diffraction formula,and its analytical formula was derived. The "reproduction" and "self-reproduction" of micro-aperture diffraction of Gaussian beams were analyzed and simulated, which is useful for the transmission, transformation and control of laser beam in laser engineering, micro-optics and MOEMS.
