电动汽车动力蓄电池箱振动特性试验研究

         

摘要

As a key equipment of energy supply for an electric vehicle, the structure design of a power battery pack should meet the needs of bearing capacity, safety and reliability of operation as well as service life under different moving environments and traveling conditions.The paper presents an experimental method of simulative vibration for a power battery pack under an equivalent actual load. A series of vibration tests will be performed using three axial controlling parameters. And a series of tests for continuous discharge features during vibration exciting also will be performed. The test results should indicate that all parts of the power battery pack do not induce failures of electric function and any dynamic displacement of the construction as well as mechanical wear of the parts.The present work will provide some useful data to service as an accumulation of dynamic response and a basis of the vibration characteristics for power battery pack.%动力蓄电池箱作为电动汽车能量供给的关键设备,其结构设计应在保证存放空间合理布局的基础上,满足多变运行环境和行驶工况下的机械承受、工作安全性、可靠性及使用寿命要求。本文介绍了一种与实际载荷作用等效的动力蓄电池箱振动模拟试验方法,通过改变X轴、Y轴、Z轴3个不同轴向的试验控制参数作一连串可控振动模拟,并在振动激励施加过程中完成连续放电特性测试,以确定电池箱构成部件不应引起或加剧产生的电气功能失效、结构动态位移、组件机械磨损等现象。从而积累电池箱的动力学响应数据,分析电池箱振动特性规律。
