X光管小型高压电源的研制

         

摘要

本文研究用于X光管的高压电源,该电源采用集成控制芯片,提高了电路的稳定性和抗干扰能力,控制电路产生一定频率的脉冲方波来控制开关电路的通断,脉冲变压器工作,使电压升高,升压后由倍压整流电路进一步提高电压并整流,得到需要的高压。电源输出的电压经分压、取样后连接到控制回路的反馈信号输入端,通过反馈提高电源输出的稳定性。采用以上方法研制的电源具有功耗低,体积小,重量轻,稳定性好,便于携带,适合现场使用等特点。%A high voltage DC power is developed and it is used in X-ray tube. The power is controlled by integrated chip which improves the stability and anti-jamming ability of circuit. A certain frequency square pulse wave was generated by controlled circuit, which controls the on-off of the switch circuit, then the pulse transformer running, and the voltage is increased by pulse transformer. Moreover, the voltage is improved further by duple-voltage rectifying circuit after step- up processing, and we can get the voltage we need. The voltage outputted from power is sampled to the control port as the feedback signals, which greatly improves the stability of the power. The results of serials of experiments show that the power supply has a lot of advantages, such as low power consumption, small size, light weight, good stability and easily carrying and so on.
