基于集成运放的信号发生器设计与仿真

         

摘要

信号发生器在电子电路实验和设备检测中具有十分广泛的用途。本文介绍了一种基于LM301集成运放信号发生器的设计方法,其中信号产生电路模块由积分器和比较器构成,并利用差分放大器的差模传输特性对信号变换,从而输出三角波、方波和正弦波。最后通过Protel99对电路进行仿真,仿真结果表明所设计电路完全满足设计要求。本设计具有输出频率范围宽、信号波形失真度低、频率稳定度高等特点,并且输入电压可调,能灵活进行频率与波形的选择、使用方便。%A signal generator has a very wide range of applications in the circuit,electronic testing and detection equipment.The design is based on Integrated operational amplifier LM301.The signal generator module consists of an integrator and comparator,differential mode transmission characteristics of differential amplifier is used by signal transformation.It can produce triangle,square and sine waveforms with merits of stable output,small distortion.and wide range of frequency.And the input voltage can be adjusted flexibly,frequency or waveform also can be choice flexibly.Finally,the circuit simulation with Protel99 results show that the design meets the requirements of experiment.
