南水北调供水方与用水户委托代理关系探究

摘要

南水北调作为我国重大战略性工程，引起了国内外学者广泛关注。针对供水方与用水户之间存在复杂委托代理关系，对其现状进行了分析梳理，以水资源利用信用机制为基础建立一个相互约束机制，减少单方面的逆向选择和道德风险。%South-to-North Water Transfer as a major strategic project in our country, caused the wide at-tention from scholars at home and abroad. For water side and there is a complicated principal-agent rela-tionship between water user, analyzes its status quo, on the basis of credit mechanism in the utilization of water resources to establish a mutual constraint mechanism, reduce the adverse selection and moral haz-ard unilaterally.
