Oil depot is to store all kinds of oils,and mattering important base of national strategic security.Because of the easily volatile,burning and easy to produce electrostatic features of oil makes the oil depot risk bigger.Therefore, analysis of influence factors of oil depot’s safety management, and take targeted measures according to its characteristics,which to improve the security of oil depot management is very necessary.%油库是储存各类油料，事关国家战略安全的重要基地。由于，油料具有易挥发、易燃烧、易爆炸、易产生静电等特性，使得油库的危险性较大。因此，分析影响油库安全管理的各类因素，并根据其特点采取具有针对性的措施加强油库安全管理是十分必要的。
