一种矿用隔爆双回路软启动器的设计

摘要

本文设计了一种适用于煤矿生产行业的双回路软启动器系统。该系统利用单片机完成软起动器保护器的控制，通过改变晶闸管触发角大小，控制电动机启动电流，达到平滑启动的目的。采用S7-200PLC作为双回路系统的控制核心，双回路双电源供电，为井下动力设备工作提供保障。%This paper describes the design of a suitable for double loop soft starter system of coal mine production industry.The system uses a single-chip control soft starter protector.By changing the thyristor triggering angle,control motor starting current,achieve the purpose of smooth start.Using S7-200 PLC as the control core of the dual loop system.Double loop double power supply,to provide protection for the underground power plant.
