科技时代背景下研究型合作组织（RJVs）的稳定性

摘要

科技时代背景下，研究型合作组织（RJVs）是一种新型的战略联盟形式，国内外专家学者近二十年来对其研究较多，但未形成一套完整的系统和统一的观点。本文拟在前人的基础上，对存在的误区进行解释，并按照生命周期的观点解释其影响因素。%Research Joint Ventures is a new form of strategic allinance,which has been reseached in twenty years by domestic and foreign experts and scholars.But the research has never formed a complete system and never formed a unified view. This paper is based on the previous research to explain the misunderstanding and to explain the influence factors according to the life cycle theory.
