光伏电站项目后评价指标体系分析

摘要

Applying project post-evaluation theory to photovoltaic substation is very urgently we need to improve in China’s photovoltaic substation’s building process.It is the basis for photovoltaic substation projects to determine the evaluation index system and method.According to the implementation process and characteristics of photovoltaic substation,combing with principles of index system,this paper established index system of photovoltaic substation and chose fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to do the post evaluation.%　　将项目后评价理论应用到光伏电站中是目前我国光伏电站建设中急需改善的一个环节。后评价指标体系及方法的确定是进行光伏电站项目后评价的基础。根据光伏电站项目的实施过程和特点，结合项目后评价指标体系的确定原则，构建了光伏电站项目后评价的指标体系，并分析了评价方法，主要选用模糊综合评价法对后评价过程进行了阐述。
