现代电子信息技术视角下的高校行政绩效管理探究

摘要

现代电子信息技术正在迅速创新发展并改变着我们周边的一切。我们要充分利用现代的电子信息技术来改变传统的各种行业，已经成为当今社会人们的共同意识。作为行政绩效，高校绩效管理最主要体现的就是发展战略规划、绩效改进体系、对员工的培训及绩效指标评估体系。本文从现代电子信息技术的角度，对高校行政绩效管理作简要的分析与探讨。%The modern electronic information technology is rapidly developing and innovation,which is changing everything around us.Making full use of modern electronic information technology to change the traditional industry has become the common sense of people in today’s society.As the administrative performance,university performance management mainly reflects the development of strategic planning, performance improvement system,staff training and performance indicators evaluation system.This article, from the perspective of modern electronic information technology,attempts to a brief analysis and discussion of the university administrative performance management.
