应变测试方法探究

摘要

目前，一般的应变测试方法主要有应变片电测法、光弹性法、光纤光栅法及双目立体视觉测量方法等等。应变电测法因其量程大、精度高、灵敏度高、技术成熟等优点而被广泛应用于各种行业领域。本文主要介绍了应变测试的基本原理和管柱应变片的粘贴方案。通过本文的讲解为以后钻井管柱的应变测量打下了一定的基础。%At present,average strain testing method mainly has the strain gauge measuring method, photoelastic method,the fiber Bragg grating method and binocular stereo vision measurement method and so on.Strain electrical measuring method due to its large range,high precision,high sensitivity, the advantages of mature technology and is widely used in various industry fields.This paper mainly introduces the basic principle of strain testing and the string of the strain gauge paste solution. Through the interpretation of this article for later laid a certain foundation of drilling string of strain measurement.
