结合工作实际谈谈苯乙烯装置脱氢单元自控仪表系统

Is the original work unit and the host of the jiangsu chemical co.,LTD. 150000 tons of styrene plant DCS system are briefly introduced,and the styrene device dehydrogenation unit complex ratio control and V - 305 - T - 301 tower tank of uniform cascade control system in detail,and the F - 301 steam superheater outlet temperature TC - 3008,TC - 3015 - b respectively with fuel gas pressure PICA- 3003/3003,PICA - 3004/3004 b do control scheme of cascade control system,through discussing styrene dehydrogenation unit main control scheme of the automatic control instrument system,discusses the complex control algorithm in the ethylbenzene dehydrogenation stage control system%　　就原工作单位江苏利士德化工有限公司15万吨苯乙烯装置 DCS 系统进行简要介绍，对苯乙烯装置上脱氢单元较复杂的 T-301塔比值控制和 V-305罐组成串级均匀控制系统做详细说明，并针对蒸汽过热炉 F-301出口温度 TC-3008，TC-3015分别与燃料气压力 PICA-3003/3003B，PICA-3004/3004B 组成的串级控制系统做控制方案说明，通过论述苯乙烯脱氢单元自控仪表系统的主要控制方案，探讨了复杂控制算法在乙苯脱氢阶段控制系统中的应用。
