基于单片机的气体测漏仪器的探究

摘要

本文设计了一种基于下式测漏法 f 直接压力测试法）结合89C58单片机技术的气体测漏仪。利用高精度 A ／ D 对压力和温度信号进行检测，通过 LCD 即时显示采集的压差数据，并提供了通讯接口，便于数据储存和分析。克服了传统方法易受主观因素的影响等缺点，实现了气密性检测的自动化。%This paper designed a gas leak detector combined with 89C58 microcontroller technology based on the leak method f of direct pressure measurement).Precision A/D on the pressure and temperature signal detection,differential pressure data collected through the LCD real-time display,and provides a communication interface for data storage and analysis.To overcome the traditional method susceptible to subjective factors and other shortcomings,air tightness testing automation.
