基于开放式项目、综合性技能竞赛和双主体导师制的创新教学平台的构建

摘要

This paper mainly aims at the bottleneck problem of University met in cultivating innovative talents,reform of main double tutorial system,using culture to adapt teaching methods and organization talent and innovation,put forward to build system of innovative Web based teaching platform,so as to make full use of teaching resources,business resources,in order to implement to promote the school enterprise cooperation in personnel training mode.%本文主要针对高校在创新型人才培养中遇到的瓶颈问题，探索双主体导师制的改革思路，采用与创新型人才培养相适应的教学方式和组织方式，提出了基于Web的创新型教学平台系统的构建，从而充分利用教师资源、企业资源，以期推动校企合作培养人才模式的实施应用。
