This paper design a intelligent monitoring system for a magnetron factory to solve the problem of Product performance.The system can online real-time monitoring data such as vacuum degree and temperature. The overall architecture of the system adopts three layer structure.Software uses B/S and C/S hybrid structure.Using configuration software design the monitoring images.The system can timely reflect the problem of vacuum degree,temperature and so on.To achieve the purpose of improving product performance.%针对某磁控管工厂的产品性能不良的问题,设计智能监控系统,在线实时监控真空度和温度等数据。系统的整体架构采用三层结构,软件结构采用B/S与C/S的混合结构,监控画面采用组态软件设计。该系统可及时反映真空度以及温度等方面的问题,达到提高产品性能的目的。
