MATLAB在自动测试系统中的应用及仿真分析

             

摘要

The Structure characteristics of the automatic test system and functions of MATLAB software development tools are introduced, and applications of the MATLAB neural network toolbox functions in the platform of fault diagnose are discussed.Select a typical example,using the correlation function of MATLAB neural network toolbox to set up the network so that the characteristics of the signal and failure mode can correspond,and then carry out simulation,through continuous adjustment of the connections between neurons in the right value,establish a comparison of solid neural network.The results show that the tests are very effective to meet the requirements of diagnostic accuracy,suitable for all kinds of complex system performance testing of electronic components.%介绍了自动测试系统的结构特点和MATLAB软件开发工具的功能,详细讨论了MATLAB神经网络工具箱函数在自动测试系统故障诊断平台中的运用。选取典型实例,采用MATLAB软件神经网络工具箱中的相关函数建立网络,使输入特征信号和输出故障模式一一对应起来,然后进行仿真,通过不断调整神经元之间的连接权值,建立起一个比较稳固的神经网络。结果表明测试非常有效,满足诊断精度的要求,适合对复杂系统内各种电子元器件的性能检测。
