虚拟装配技术综述

摘要

虚拟装配技术是虚拟制造的重要组成部分,它是利用计算机技术,无需制造出物理模型,利用虚拟现实技术来辅助进行装配的相关决策.本文研究了国内外虚拟装配技术的发展状况,总结了虚拟装配技术的关键技术:装配建模技术、碰撞检测技术和装配序列规划技术,并分析了虚拟装配技术存在的问题和将来发展趋势.%Virtual assembly technology is an important part of virtual manufacturing,it is the use of computer technology,without having to create physical model,using virtual reality technology to assist in the assembly of related decisions.This paper studies the development of the virtual assembly technology at home and abroad, summarizes the key technology of virtual assembly technology,assembly modeling,collision detection and assembly sequence planning,and analyzes the problems existing in the virtual assembly technology and development trend in the future.
