中小企业采购管理现状、对策及信息化研究

摘要

Successful corporate procurement operation will directly affect the production, the final profitability of the final product and pricing conditions throughout the supply chain. Currently, procurement for SMEs widespread this problem, due to poor supplier management, procurement process is not smooth and other factors, enterprises have to bear the high purchase cost. By discussing issues and policies that exist in procurement management for SMEs, recognizing that a lot of SMEs in procurement management flaws that exist in, and targeted analysis of how to deal with problems.%企业采购运行的成功与否将直接影响到企业生产、最终产品的定价情况和整个供应链的最终获利情况。当前，中小企业的采购工作普遍存在这一问题，由于供应商管理不善、采购流程的不畅通等原因，造成企业不得不承受着高昂的采购成本。本文通过讨论中小企业采购管理中存在的问题及策略，认识到我国中小企业在采购管理方面存在的很大缺陷，并针对性地分析如何应对问题。
