炼铁厂生石灰仓顶除尘器及给料设备电控系统

摘要

Quicklime silo dust remover and quicklime feeding equipment are important technical equipment in ironmaking plant.Dust removal effect is not good will cause serious environmental pollution.The running states of feeding equipment affect production efficiency and quality.In this paper,focusing on the electrical performance of the dust collector and the quicklime feeding equipment,the electrical control solutions are introduced in detail.And I am glad to share experience with counterparts through this project.%炼铁厂生石灰料仓除尘器和给料设备是重要的工艺设备。除尘效果不好会造成严重的环境污染，给料设备的运行是否顺畅影响着生产效率和质量。本文以除尘器和生石灰给料设备的电控性能为着眼点，从电气的角度看问题，较详细地介绍了电气控制方案，希望能提供应用参考，和同行交流。
