警务视频实战应用系统设计

摘要

In this paper,through the author's many years of work experience in public security needs analysis, and analysed the function of the practical application of police video platform,on how to use the platform to better carry out police work and put forward some suggestions, hope to communicate with colleagues in the industry to learn, can better promote video technology in the field of public safety light and heat,improve the informationization level of public security command and dispatch.%随着科技不断发展，我国的公共安全领域也在不断加强科技化水平改革，使用更好的科技产品进行工作辅助，为社会稳定，人们生活安全提供保障。警务视频实战应用平台就是综合应用多项先进技术的科技辅助平台。本文通过笔者多年的公安工作经验进行需求分析，并对警务视频实战应用平台进行功能分析，对如何使用该平台更好的开展警务工作并提出一些建议，望与业内同仁交流学习，能更好的促进视频技术在公共安全领域发光发热，提高公安指挥调度的信息化水平。
