智能工厂集成方法研究

摘要

With twosets of CNC machine tools and two industrial robots,the typical parts of the automaton production line as an example,the analysis of the intelligent plant in the connection of CNC machine tools and robots,parts of the work process,the production,coordination and processing of system signals,and the contents and methods of the system.Research on the integration method of industrial robot and numerical control machine tool,the key technology in the intelligent factory system,provide technical support for the enterprise's intelligent design and transformation.%以两台数控机床和两台工业机器人组成的典型零部件全自动机加生产线为例，分析智能工厂中数控机床和机器人的连接，零件自动加工的工作流程，系统信号的产生、协调和处理，并说明系统监控的内容和方法。研究工业机器人与数控机床集成方法，解决智能工厂系统中的关键技术，为企业的智能化设计与改造提供技术支持。
