冷轧轧机空气吹扫系统的研究与应用

摘要

Cold-rolled production line trial production since, mill emulsion blow sweep system of steel plate surface residues of the emulsion has been unable to effectively clean and purge, emulsion spot defects caused by, especially in the rolling of thin gauge products because of plate is not easy to control, emulsified liquid extrusion stem and plugging effect of the emulsion of the poor, emulsion continuous or not continuously from the squeezing roll gap to bring out and entrained into the steel volume forming emulsion spot trace.%莱钢冷轧生产线试生产以来，轧机乳化液吹扫系统对钢板板面残留的乳化液一直不能有效吹扫干净，造成乳化液斑迹缺陷，特别是在轧制薄规格产品时由于板型不易控制，乳化液挤干辊对乳化液的封堵效果不佳，乳化液连续或不连续地从挤干辊缝隙中带出而夹带到钢卷中形成乳化液斑迹。
