高压水除鳞泵站变频节电运行方式研究技术报告

摘要

高压除鳞系统是高速、高压设备，非生产状态下能耗高；在满足轧线连续自动除鳞的工艺要求的前提下，结合公司实施的节能减排项目，对泵站进行变频节电改造，以实现节能降耗的目的。%Power consumption of Water Descaling System is quite high even during non-production time due to its high running speed and pressure. Under precondition of consistent descaling performance,VVVF technical innovation for the system is considered to realize energy saving.
