本文主要介绍了高炉炉缸侵蚀的原因,开发高炉炉缸温度动态监测及自动预警系统的重要性,以及系统的软硬件设计.系统开发投运后,实现了炉缸炉底侵蚀实时报警,保障了高炉的安全高效生产.%This paper mainly introduced the reason of erosion of blast furnace hearth, the importance of blast furnace hearth temperature monitoring and automatic early-warning system development, and the design of hardware and software of the system.The system development is put into operation, to achieve the hearth erosion real-time alarm, ensure safe and efficient production of blast furnace.
