针对油水井电磁探伤仪解释效率低、直观性差等问题,设计了基于LabVIEW的电磁探伤实时成像软件.在VISA读取函数基础上,首先对测井深度数据及感应电动势数据进行过滤和插值,其次对感应电动势数据归一化,同时采用光谱强度图绘制可实时滚动更新的图像.最后,设计了用于自动识别套管接箍信息的解释算法.现场试验结果表明,该软件可为电磁探伤现场施工提供实时可靠的数据支持和界面支持.%Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and poor visual interpretation of oil-water well electromagnetic flaw detector, a real-time imaging software based on LabVIEW for electromagnetic flaw detection is designed. Based on the VISA reading function, firstly the logging depth data and the induced electromotive force data are filtered and interpolated. Then the induced electromotive force data is normalized and the updated image is scrolled in real time using the spectral intensity graph. Finally, an explanation algorithm for automatically identifying the information of casing couplings is designed. The field experiment results show that the software can provide real-time and reliable data support and interface support for on-site construction of electromagnetic flaw detection.
