20kV及以下可分离式电缆T型头绝缘性能现场测试装置设计

摘要

可分离式电缆T型头是配电网开关柜中关键的绝缘电缆附件,其绝缘性能直接决定了开关柜套管与电缆终端头连接处的绝缘强度.为实现电缆T型头在施工现场的绝缘性能测试,本文设计了一种搬运方便、操作简单的测试装置,可以有效降低绝缘不合格电缆T型头投入使用的概率.%The detachable T cable terminal is a key cable insulation accessory of switch cabinet in the power distribution network, and its insulating property directly determine the dielectric strength of the joint between the switch cabinet drivepipe and the cable terminal. To realize the insulting property test of the T cable terminals at the construction field, this paper designs a set of portable and convenient test device, which can effectively reduce the probability of unqualified T cable terminals coming into use.
