一种外墙清洗机器人控制系统

         

摘要

This paper discloses a control system of wall cleaning robot, which comprises a base control part and a mechanical arm control part, the base of wireless transmitting and receiving node, sensor and RF base control node connected base RF control node through the base drive module and the electric machine, the relay and the base is connected with a display device; the wireless transmitting and receiving mechanical arm node, liquid atomizer and limit switch and mechanical arm control RF connection, mechanical arm RF control node and a mechanical arm is connected with a display device, and the mechanical arm module is connected with the mechanical arm motor base; wireless transmitting and receiving node and arm wireless transmitting and receiving node matching. The system can intelligently and automatically carry out many cleaning works. It can not only wash part of the area, but also wash it in large area. It greatly improves the cleaning efficiency and reduces the risk.%本文设计了一种外墙清洗机器人控制系统,包括基座控制部分和机械臂控制部分,基座无线发送和接收节点、传感器均与基座射频控制节点连接,基座射频控制节点通过基座驱动模块与电机、继电器和基座显示装置连接;机械臂无线发送和接收节点、液体雾化器和限位开关与机械臂射频控制节点连接,机械臂射频控制节点与机械臂显示装置连接,并通过机械臂驱动模块与机械臂电机连接;基座无线发送和接收节点与机械臂无线发送和接收节点相适配.采用该系统能智能、自动地进行多项清洗工作,既可以清洗部分区域也可以大面积、不间断清洗,大大的提高了清洗效率以及降低了风险.
