基于PLC控制的异形电路板自动插件系统的设计与研究

         

摘要

In this paper, an automatic plug-in system based on PLC control is designed and developed to solve the problem of high labor cost and low production efficiency, which is caused by manual plug-in in the production of special type circuit board. The system adopts the FX3 U series PLC, through the way of serial communication distributed motor drive control, it realizes the function of the automatic feeding of double channel and the automatic plug-in of a variety of special-shaped parts. At the same time, a variety of sensors are used for cooperative positioning, and the precise positioning of various special circuit boards is realized. Finally, using GX Developer software and command system and ladder diagram programming, the design and compilation of PLC control program is completed. The program flow chart of the automatic plug-in system is shown in the diagram. The design of this paper is of great significance for realizing the automatic production, improving the production efficiency and increasing the market competitiveness of enterprises.%文中针对异型电路板生产过程中需要手动插件造成的人工成本偏高,生产效率低下的问题,设计开发了基于PLC控制的异型电路板自动插件系统.该系统采用了FX3U系列PLC,通过串行通信分布式电机驱动控制的方式,实现了双通道自动送料,多种异形件自动插件的功能.同时,采用了多种传感器进行协同定位,实现了多种异型电路板的精准定位.最后,利用GX Developer指令系统和梯形图编程,完成了对PLC控制程序的设计与编写.文中的设计对于实现企业的自动化生产,提高企业生产效率,增加企业市场竞争力均具有重要意义.
