基于高能脉冲激光的煤质在线检测移动扫描平台的研究与设计

     

摘要

文中根据现有煤质检测技术的不足,基于高能量脉冲激光,研究开发出了适宜于指导燃煤电厂运行优化和煤质管理的高精度煤质特性指标在线检测成套技术和装备.该技术的控制系统以编程控制器(PLC)作为控制核心,物台可以实现检测全过程远程控制、无人值守配合智能化移动.并可实现大跨度双(多)皮带自动切换测试,能够对电厂入炉煤全元素实现在线实时准确检测,以及燃料有害元素的实时在线测试功能.从而为锅炉燃烧优化调整、制粉、脱硫、脱硝系统优化运行,提供及时、可靠、准确的科学依据.%During to the insufficiency of existing coal quality inspection technologies, this paper research and development of on-line inspection complete sets of technologies and equipment suitable for guiding coal mine power plant operation optimization and coal quality management based on high-energy pulse lasers. The control system of this technology takes a programmable logic controller (PLC) as the control core and the platform can make the whole process of detection to achieve remote control, unattended with intelligent movement, and can realize automatic switching test of large-span double (multi) belts, which can detect all elements of the coal entering the furnace of the power plant and the real-time and on-line testing function of the harmful elements of the fuel are realized. Which provides timely, reliable, and accurate scientific basis for optimal operation of boiler combustion, milling, desulfurization, and denitrification systems.
