基于PLC的污水处理中心自控及监控系统

摘要

根据传统污水处理方式自动化程度低，效率低下的特点，本系统结合西门子PLC、MOXA工业以太网冗余交换机、Kyvision网络管理软件构建分布式控制系统，采用ACC—RDB9．0组态软件作为上位机的开发和运行程序。该设计方案具有良好的开放性、可扩展性及高性能、低成本等特点，因此具有广泛的应用前景。%The distributed control system for sewage disposal with Siemens PLC,MOXA,Kyvision was constructed to replace the traditional sewage disposal with low automation and low efficiency. The software of ACC-RDB9.0 was used as development and operation of the program by PC system. This design which has features of well open ,expansibility ,high function and low price has a wide applying prospect.
