自学习热转印机控制系统设计

     

摘要

Based on the purpose of improving heat thermal transfer printing quality and efficiency, the principle of thermal transfer printer has been discussed, the impact factors on printing quality have also been analyzed and a self-learning control system with changeable optimum parameter has been designed. Through comparing experiments, it is proved that the success rate of printing gets up to 98%, the printing efficiency is 2.94 times of manual method, and 1.76 times of fixed parameter printer.%基于提高热转印热转印质量和效率的目的,对热转印机工作原理进行探讨,并分析影响热转印效果的因素.设计了可变参数的自学习热转印机控制系统。通过对比实验,验证该控制系统能使转印成功率达到98%,转印效率是手工转印的2.94倍,是固定参数热转印机的1.76倍。
