基于ARM7的防水卷材厚度测控系统

     

摘要

针对防水卷材生产过程中测量精度低、延时过长、干扰多等问题,提出了一种以激光传感器和CCD技术相结合、以ARM7为控制核心的防水卷材厚度测控系统的方法。实际测量现场中,CCD激光位移传感器的不同轴不同步、测量装置受到外部振动干扰以及因环境温度变化导致的工作台变形都是引起测量误差的重要因素,系统结合特殊的测量方法在线补偿测量误差和模糊PID控制步进电机,由此构建了一个防水卷材厚度测控系统。实际应用表明,该系统可以有效抑制外来多种干扰因素的影响,从而实现对防水卷材厚度高精度的非接触式动态测控。%To solve problems of thickness measurements low precision,long delay and multi-interference etc in waterproofing membrane manufacture,a method combining laser sensors and CCD technology with ARM7 control is proposed.Aiming at coaxial and synchronous of CCD laser sensors,vibration interference of measure devices and worktable distortion from temperature change in practical measurement,a online thickness measurement and control system is established by using special method to compensate measurement error on line and Fuzzy PID to control stepper motors.The tests show that this system can restrain kinds of interference and realizes non-contact high-accuracy thickness measurement online.
